Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen

Wilhelm Conrad Röntgen was a german physicist. He discovered the “X-Rays” in 1895 at the Physics Institute of the University Würzburg. (Which were named after him)

Among other things his discovery revolutionized the medical diagnostics and led to even more revelations of the 20th century, e.g. Discovery and Research of radioactivity.
